DenTech's overall approach to projects is to develop the product in the initial phases in Denver, and then propagate product commercialization through regional manufacturing agreements. Regional manufacturing, where appropriate, helps develop substantial local product and project acceptance. A cross-licensing agreement is used to permit new enhancements by regional manufacturers to be profitably licensed to all other regions, quickly and without resorting to protracted IP discussions.

Encouraging Dealers and Partners to Invent

The DTI Cross-Licensing Agreement (CLA) allows regional manufacturers to develop new applications, and then profit substantially through rapid propagation among the other dealers in the DTI group.

There are several reasons for the DCA. The most important is that the local manufacturing dealer is in the best position to customize products to suit local and regional needs. The local level of attention insures a bond with our customers, and provides a personal point of contact for their needs.

The best of DTI's regional manufacturers will form associations with local engineering schools, and develop strong alliance partners to enhance their pool of suppliers.
