Janna Blanter has a background in management and business development at Duke Energy, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and UMB Bank in Colorado. Now with Blue Spruce Financial, Ms. Blanter has been focused on workouts and turnarounds, start-ups, strategic planning and forecasting. Ms. Blanter’s focus at DTI is in due diligence and financial fitness. Janna Blanter has a BA and MBA from the University of Houston, and is fluent in Russian.
Adam Bowden has worked with Invensys, Honeywell/Allied Signal and First Data Corporation, with a focus on technical development, quality assurance and Six Sigma practice development. Now a consultant in the industrial and electronics sectors, Mr. Bowden is engaged in assisting firms to optimize their commercial fitness with training and direct management participation. Adam Bowden has a BA and a BSc from the Open University in Mechanical Engineering and Management.
David Boxall has background in several positions with Wells Fargo, Calcomp/Lockheed and Global Graphics, with a focus on product line management and business development. Initially engaged in digital printing, Mr Boxall's work has evolved into the real estate sector, with a focus on REO properties. Mr. Boxall’s expertise is in complex interdisciplinary efforts in manufacturing and real estate, and is presently developing strategies for disposition of REO properties nationwide. David Boxall has a BA in Marketing and an MBA from Queens College and London College.
Chuck Hodges worked with Flextronics from 1995 to 2008, developing new products with positions including Director of Engineering and Director of business operations, and previous experience with nCHIP in Santa Clara, CA. and Z Systems in San Jose, CA.. Mr Hodges has a BS in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Rice University, and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.
Tom Lord has worked for Morgan Stanley, Teknecon Energy Risk Advisors, BP America, and Forest Oil in a variety of trading, technical analysis and risk management supervisory positions. His expertise includes developing new risk arbitrage tools, spot trading, expert rate case testimony and extensive consulting in the energy supply field. Mr. Lord has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a BA in Government & Public Policy, from Cornell, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver.
Nancy Nowak is the founder of the Utech Consulting Group and works in collaboration with Tomichi Ltd of the UK. She has developed the PEKO™ Methodology for the preparation of Statements of Work. She has been a Senior Manager at Avaya Inc., an International Contracts Manager at Lucent Technologies, and a Managing Partner at Simmons & Simmons, PC. Nancy Nowak has a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and a MBA from Xavier University School of Business Administration in Ohio.
